Welcome to INLAL CREATIONS. Since many of our products are handmade and personalized, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only for:

• Damaged products
• Wrong item received
• Manufacturing defects

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized/customized products
• Name products
• Custom gifts and handmade items
• Used products

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

Replacement

If the item is damaged or incorrect, we may provide:

• Replacement product, or
• Partial/full refund depending on the issue
